Level A - Wireless parameter monitoring

Real-time mobile insight: The basic version is designed for quick and easy insight into production status, no matter where you are.

What it enables:

On a mobile phone, terminal, or computer screen, you can see the key parameters for each room individually at all times: compost and ambient air temperature, relative humidity, and CO₂ concentration.

Installation:

Simple, with wireless communication between the sensor and the central unit, no wiring required. Once connected to the internet, the system is accessible from anywhere in the world.

Level B - Remote Manual Control

Manual remote control: After monitoring, the need to react to observed changes from a distance naturally arose.

What it enables:

In addition to monitoring the status, we integrate a relay module into the system that allows you to send a command directly from your phone to turn on or turn off any connected device - a fan, a pump, or a fresh air damper.

Level C - Automatic response to deviation

Proportional control: For users who want the system to automatically maintain microclimate stability.

What it enables:

We implement an analog (D/A) module that generates a control signal at its output in the range of 0–10 V, proportional to the deviation of the current value from the setpoint.

How it works in practice:

If a compost temperature of 24 °C is set and you set an upper limit of 28 °C, the generated voltage increases proportionally with the rise in temperature. That signal is routed directly to a frequency controller or actuator, which increases the fan speed or gradually opens the damper as the temperature approaches the upper limit.

Who is this system for?

This system is designed for skilled individuals and growers who like to assemble and customize their own installations.

What we deliver:

Connected and configured electronics with sensors, relay outputs, and analog modules, along with a complete communication structure and a mobile phone application.

What do you provide and connect:

You connect your own executive devices (frequency regulators, switches, motors) to the signals provided by our module.

What “Remote Monitoring” is NOT?

This is not a replacement for process controllers and complete hatchery automation. “Remote Monitoring” does not guide the technological process through its stages, has no built-in recipes, does not condition the air through climate chambers, and has no synchronization algorithms for energy savings.

It is an affordable, smart, and reliable solution designed to help growers on existing farms. It is quick to implement and ready to use immediately. It saves you effort and gives you peace of mind when you are away from the greenhouse.
